– Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are granted in cases where products are not delivered as agreed or fail to meet the standards explicitly outlined in our agreement with you. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the service delivery or purchase date.
– Non-Refundable Products: Products that have been fully delivered and accepted, as well as any fees related to consultations, processing, or administrative costs, are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

– Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
2. Dispute Policy
– Raising a Dispute: If you are dissatisfied with our products, we encourage you to contact us directly at ahmed@theelitesproject.com to resolve the issue. Please include all relevant details, such as your account information, product details, and the nature of your concern.
– Resolution Process: Our team will review your dispute within 5 business days and provide a resolution. We strive to resolve all disputes amicably and to your satisfaction.
– Third-Party Payment Platforms: If your payment was made through a third-party service such as Affirm or Stripe, their refund and dispute policies will also apply. You may need to contact them directly for additional support.
– Affirm Dispute Policy: For payments made through Affirm, disputes can be raised by visiting their support page or contacting their customer service at 855-423-3729.

– Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks are against our policy. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute it with your payment provider.
